[j-nsp] Traffic sampling

Guys,

Wonder if anyone can help with j flow traffic sampling

I have setup the following. Notice the  inactive: output {

Nothing is being sent. I have installed the license for J-flow

I have probably missed something simple.

Any help would be appreciated
