Same reasons here... NSR looked interesting on paper until 
these caveats became apparent. But then again, ISSU (which 
requires NSR; go figure) is currently only supported on the 
M320, T320, T640, and now with JunOS 9.1, T1600 platforms.

This made IETF Graceful Restart appealing, and it's what we 
went with.
