[j-nsp] spmb/ssb/feb/... memory usage details?

Hi,

You can use the 'show chassis spmb/feb/ssb/...' to view DRAM memory
utilization on the switch board.

How can you find out what's taking DRAM memory? 'show route summary'
on 'vty ssb' (or similar) shows how much your routing table takes but
that's all I can find out.

This is a timely topic because if you have 64MB of memory, the full
DFZ table and some features enabled (RPF?) result in memory running
out.

So it'd nice to figure what's taking all the memory so you could which
features you must not enable if you don't want to break your network
(this feels somehow familiar...)

Similarly, figuring out the SRAM usage might be interesting.
