(i)BGP isn't a link state routing protocol. So an IP address 
configured on an interface doesn't automatically get 
propagated into iBGP.

You would have to manually introduce that route into BGP via 
a route policy configuration for your iBGP session (I'm not 
one for redistribution in routing protocols).

But that will not scale - you're better off running an IGP 
(OSPF or IS-IS) that will automatically propagate interface 
addresses across your network (which, incidentally, iBGP 
would depend on to form).
