Are you aware that the PE-1GE-SX-B PIC is EOL, and has been for a long time?

If you don't have access to the Juniper web site, ask who ever you are getting these routers from for a copy of the PSN notice.

My understanding is that its already passed the point where its not guaranteed to be supported in new JunOS releases, though Juniper won't give a categorical statement as to when its likely to actually stop being supported.
