[j-nsp] Olive question - PIM not working

Just a guess: depending on the PIM mode you are using, you may need a tunnel
PIC (or equivalent - AS/MS PIC) in your RP to handle PIM decapsulation. As
the Olive doesn't have a tunnel PIC, that may pose a problem.
