[j-nsp] display mpls table

Because they were installed by some protocol other than 'mpls'. Likely  
'ldp' and/or 'rsvp'.

If you want to see all of the active routes in the mpls.0 table  
regardless of the protocol that installed them, then simply execute  
'show route table mpls.0'.
