[j-nsp] Stub Router in OSPF

Yes Tarique is rite @ p2p link stub question. Tarique coded the rite part of RFC. For the sake of clarity , one can understand it in these simple words,

"An OSPF router always forms an adjacency over a p2p link using an unnumbered interface and reports that connection in its router LSA using a link TYPE of 1 (P2P).
The subnets configured on those interfaces are then advertised as stub networks"
