[j-nsp] ERX 1400 cCOC 12 / OC3 line card issue

Hi All,

I'm attempting to bring up an oOCx-STMx F0 line card (350-00098-00) on a
legacy ERX 1400. 
I am using a PIC OC3-4SM_I/O card (350-10065-02) OC3 with 4 SM ports. 
Can someone tell me if this is a valid hardware configuration? 
I receive a message at boot "ERROR Line Card in slot 8 autoboot disabled"
and the line card never boots. 

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
