[j-nsp] ND IPv6 over PPP

There is no ND in JUNOS on p-t-p links. ND exist to map a remote IP to a link level address. On a p-t-p there is no such need, as whatever my link address is, the due at the other end uses the "other one".

Regards

Subject: [j-nsp] ND IPv6 over PPP

Hi - 1) does anyone know if JNPR (JUNOS) is using IPv6CP for neighbor discovery on a PPP link or they run neighbor discovery on top of PPP link?
2) same question for HDLC over PPP -> how do they do neighbor discovery there - ND, or statically provisioned neighbors or Inverse ND?

Thanks,
Marlon
