MX will do STM64 now with the MXFPC-3. Not great for port density but it does at least make the option available if you really need it.

Correct. Both M10i and M20 can handle STM-16 (in the form of a full width FPC with integrated PIC), but not 10Gig.

If you need 10Gig Ethernet, you might want to look at the MX series. If you need SDH STM-64 interface you need to look at M120, M320 and T series.
