Have you swapped out the cable? Gigabit spec will downshift if one of the pairs is open.

Hi,

 

I have recently installed an EX-3200 for one of our customers and connected
it to a Cisco Catalyst 4948 switch.

Both are 10/100/1000Mbps switches and are inter-connected with copper wire,
based on the defaults they supposed to sync on 1G 

But for some reason they are sync on 100Mbps half?!

I have tried every combination and setting (speed/duplex) but I never
succeeded to pass over 100m full.

Does someone have any ideas regarding this issue?
