Hi,
AFAIK, payload ip will only makes the router to use 5 least significant bits
of DA in the hashing algorithm.
For the label 1, i still confuse if the router uses top label which is
transport mpls label or bottom label which is vpn label. Maybe the experts
here can shed a light on this :)
