[j-nsp] VLANs limit on M series giga ethernet PICs

I hope to know the maximum vlans/subinterface numbed that we can create on :

Giga Ethernet SFP PIC
Giga Ethernet IQ PIC
Giga Ethernet IQ2 PIC
Giga Ethernet IQ2 Enhanced PIC
2x Giga Ethernet ESE PIC
2x Giga Ethernet ESE PIC
8x Giga Ethernet ESE PIC
For PIC with multiple Port does the limitation linked to the PIC or on port by port basis

Please mention encapsulation types if the limite is dependent on it
