[j-nsp] Is there anybody konw how to upgrade NS-500 bootROM?

Hi exports:
I need to upgrade NS-500 firewall from 5.0.0R11 to 5.4.0r14, and i konw i must upgrade bootROM before i can upgrade the screenOS, but i don't know how to upgrade this bootROM, is this just like using command "save soft from tftp ..." or restart the box and type "X A" like the steps of upgrade boot loader in ISG 2000?
