It depends.. load factory-defaults is good for certain things. If I'm  
sending a router back to a retailer (after demo for example), I  
typically drop to a shell and delete everything from

rm /config/juniper.conf*
rm /config/rescue*
rm /var/db/config/juniper.conf*
rm /log/messages*

I'm guessing there are other things I should delete, but those will  
get the most obvious ones (I think).
