Hi Richard,

I have tried 10.0R2.10, 10.0S10.1 and 10.0R4.7 - they are all the same.
We only have 165 terms.

Last night I got some even more interesting errors:

Dec 2 18:33:14 sw0.cll fpc2 cpssDxChPclRuleInvalidate_C001 failed for
instance 0 rule_id 2147483646 rule_size 2
Dec 2 18:33:14 sw0.cll fpc2 TCAM page entry does not exists for pageid
-1 entryid 0
Dec 2 18:33:14 sw0.cll fpc2 received invalid page id for fw id
-559038737
Dec 2 18:33:14 sw0.cll fpc2 TCAM fw rule does not exists for fw id
-559038737 rule name deny-all.19.ext.0
Dec 2 18:33:14 sw0.cll fpc2 dfw_change_term_filter:1522 H/W cutover
failed (no space left on device) for filter (7) change end!

that was amongst lots of others.. one "no space left" for each FPC.

I've asked Juniper for an RMA and we will see if that fixes it.
