[j-nsp] logical router with physical Interco

I didn't change cabling, but I connected a new interface to annother router
and I'm having the same problem, the new interface is in the default
configuration :
set interfaces fe-0/3/2 unit 0 family inet address 10.0.24.2/30

admin at M10> show interfaces terse
