I wonder at what point (like say, after a release has reached the end of
it's formal development cycle but still has serious bugs, like with 9.3)
might it make sense for them to just post the service releases on the
website? Among other things, I can't imagine how it makes sense for them
to force the entire planet to open jtac cases just to get the security
fixes.
