[j-nsp] rmon snmp trap interface utilization

Hi,

I am attempting to create a SNMP trap using rmon. I've tried a lot of way's but just can't seem to get it right.(Using the documentation available at juniper.net)

Does anyone have a working configuration example for the following situation;

I am trying to have the EX series switch to send a SNMP trap when a interface passes 60% utilization (either ingress or egress).
