[j-nsp] EX series needs a special license for BGP?

TBH, I have no clue about the licensing ramifications, only that for the price I paid, I was given the ability to do OSPF, IBGP/EBGP. And it works, with a few kinks (full tables incoming seems to be an issue).

Hrmm -- from what I've read, it seems the EX series DOES need a license for BGP,
but the J-series does not, unless you need the route-reflector functionality.

Am I correct or ?
