[j-nsp] atm - F5 oam on bulk provisioned PVCs

Hi - does anyone knows if Juniper E320 supports F5 OAM on bulk provisioned
PVCs - the ones that are in the 'listening' state?

Once PVC becomes active, I know it must support F5 OAM, but not sure if they
support this while non active.

If they do, is there option to disable F5 on PVCs in a l'istening' state?

Also is there a show command that can show me the status of a PVC that is
not active yet?
