There's plenty of good recourses to aid your studies. JNCIA-M is fairly easy
to pass while as JNCIS-M is much harder and you need to study well the
related materials (CJNR & AJNR).
At juniper.net there's lots of material you can use (e-learning, pdf's,
webinars etc. free of charge). I'll post some of the links for you here
below. Also you might visit http://junos.juniper.net, another forum for
discussions etc.
JUNOS as a second language (for those who can Cisco IOS)

_editions/index.html
Juniper technical education - courses (listing of open enrollment classes as
well as e-learning courses, device installation courses etc.):

Joe Soricelli's book JNCIA Study Guide (excellent for preparations and to
learn JUNOS, even though pretty old):
http://www.juniper.net/us/en/training/certification/JNCIA_studyguide.pdf
JNCIS Study Guide by same author:
http://www.juniper.net/us/en/training/certification/JNCIS_studyguide.pdf
And even the KNCIP and JNCIE Study Guides
http://www.juniper.net/us/en/training/certification/JNCIP_studyguide.pdf
http://www.juniper.net/us/en/training/certification/JNCIE_studyguide.pdf
Important to note is that the current certification structure is under
ongoing change together with re-development of new course materials. For
service provider track (M/T/MX Series) the old JNCIA-M / JNCIS-M -> JNCIP-M
-> JNCIE-M track will be changed to a new one:
JNCIA-Junos + JNCIS-SP which replace the old JNCIA-M / JNCIS-M. In order to
take the JNCIS-SP you have to pass the JNCIA-Junos first. The current
certification allows you to take the JNCIS-M directly. One of the very big
changes is that the new JNCIS-SP exam includes also Junos SP Switching (a
new 2 day course, EDU-JUN-JSPX)
https://www.juniper.net/us/en/training/technical_education/courses/edu-jun-j
spx.html
JNCIP-M will be replaced by a new JNCIP-SP written exam and JNCIE-M by
JNCIE-SP. JNCIS-SP is planned to replace the JNCIS-M in Q3, but if you have
the JNCIS-M it will be automatically migrated to JNCIS-SP level.
Hope this helps you in your certification efforts.
