[j-nsp] Link aggregation and RSVP

Please be aware that if you are using multiple parallel links, in some
corner cases, you will create a RSVP error loop messages as seen in our
network and documented in PR 485509. Fortunately, there is already a
enhancement for this problem in junos 8.5S6.

I would suggest using link aggregation if you have the same fiber cable and
transmission across all those links to avoid jitter and latency. You can use
LACP for fast detection of member link failure and AFAIK, it will change the
RSVP interface bandwidth. You can then use autobandwidth if you wish to have
dynamically change the LSP to other links should the bandwidth of the link
aggregation is not enough.
