[j-nsp] ICHIP/CB error on MX

Hi there,

my log is full of messages like:

Also I got the following alarm:

Hardware is MX240 with JunOS 9.3S8

So the mighty question: What is broken? Hardware? Software?

Anyone seen that errormessages before?
