We're using dynamic-db for prefix-lists, it works good.
On 9.5 there was a fault with corrupted dynamic.db and mpd coredump.
Now on 10.3 there were no faults (yet?).
Quick commit, no periodic prefix-lists updates in rollback history, 
avoid collisions between prefix-lists auto-updates and manual config 
changes.
But no "show dynamic-config" command or something like that
(only "configure dynamic" and then "show").
