[j-nsp] 1000BASE-T SFP sets interface status "up" once inserted into EX4200-24F

Hi,

We have seen that, with 3rd party SFPs. After a lot of testing, we found one that works. You could off course just purchase the original ones.

FPC slot 0, PIC slot 0 information:
