Hi Marlon,

On E320 to enter the shell you just need to type "support" after
"en15". It will ask for password, which only JTAC knows. This is not
good practice to enter shell mode as even a simple extra spacebar will
crash the line card.

To enable the logs you need to configure "log severity debug
l2tpstatemechine" command and then enable "log here". But again I
suggest not to do this in production as it will make CPU running high.
