Logical units 32768 are automatically created on most interfaces as a
way for JUNOS to run control protocols like Spanning Tree, LACP, etc.
In the case of VCP ports, the IS-IS routing protocol is run which you
can see with "show virtual-chassis protocol ..." commands.
