[j-nsp] SRX and multihome gateway

Hi all,
i'm trying to configure 2 isps on juniper srx210.
I started using the KB 15545 (juniper.net account required,
http://kb.juniper.net/KB15545).
Failover between the 2 isps works fine, but only if I unplug the cable
that connect srx and one router.
The next step is automatic failover when atm goes offline in primary router.
I tried to look for a solution, and i found 2 possibilities:

The first don't work in my configuration, and the second one appear
(to me) more powerful, but i'm not able to make it works.

In /var/log/escript.log file i found
Oct 18 13:38:05 inspecting event output 'track-ip.slax'
Oct 18 13:38:05 finished event script 'track-ip.slax'
Oct 18 13:38:05 event script processing ends

and i suppose it means that scripts are in correct path and system can
execute it, but the failover still work only if i unplug one cable.

any suggestions?
