Our supplier can ship globally, Ill give their contact details
off-list if anyone is interested.

Seperate from these we also tested SFP+-LR-70 from smartoptics
They also have ~26dBm budget, however, they are 1310nm.
As most receivers are wide-band it might work with a "real" (1550) ZR
on the other side, but I guess I wouldn't use that in production. Also
1310 has more attenuation than 1550, so you might not actually get
70KM out of them.
