[j-nsp] SNMP if-mib stops responding

Hello all,
This morning one of our MX routers stopped responding to SNMP if-mib queries. 
It responds nicely to other SNMP queries.
The SNMP responses simply arrive empty.
Restarting SNMP does not help.
We are running 10.2R3.

Is anyone aware of this issue and is there any workaround or is a software upgrade the only solution ?
