[j-nsp] Minimal hardware for RFC 4023 support (IP tunnels for MPLS traffic)

Hello.

Release notes for 9.4 contains 

IP tunnels for MPLS traffic - .....
  For JUNOS Release 9.4, support was added for the M120 and M320 routers.

But I can not find information about any over platforms. Is there anywhere
feature matrix or etc ? Perhaps was this added for the more simply platforms
such as M7/M10 ?
