[j-nsp] Community-count does not work for extended community

Hello experts,

Community-count is the new feature in 10.4. It works only for standard
COMMUNITY not for EXTENDED COMMUNITY such as "target:7473:1000".

Does anyone know if this is expected behavior,  Coz I don't find anything in
the release notes.
