[j-nsp] Any takers on 10.4R5.5 yet ?

Minor update on the 10.4R5.5 code....things were looking OK until I
tried some failure scenarios. Haven't nailed it down yet, but it looks
as though LDP when running in a logical-system (not sure if
logical-system is part of the problem) reconverges rather slowly, even
if/when LFA is in use.
It was fairly obvious, too. I caused the failure and measured lost
frames under 10.4R5.5, then downgraded to 10.3R2.11 and did the exact
same thing again (no other config changes) and observed markedly
faster reconvergence.
Still more testing and investigation to do to isolate the issue, but
just a heads up for things to watch for.
