I suppose it's possible that this might work in an active-standby
mode, but if the remote device(s) that you are connecting to are two
physically separate devices, you're much better off using a
higher-layer protocol to balance traffic over both links.
What type of hardware are the upstream Cisco devices? If they're
something like Cisco Catalyst 6500's with VSS running, it's possible
for you to balance traffic across both devices easily, since they both
act like a single device.
If they're two physically-separate devices, you'll have a hard time
getting this to balance properly in the reverse direction since you'll
be causing the source MAC address of your M10i to flip-flop between
switches (as seen from the perspective of your "upstream" Cisco
switches).
