LM is not an error. AFAIK only one site will be reported as Up at any time.
You should be able send/receive traffic b/w the two sites though.

i am test vpls,on pe1 there are two site belong to same vpn. when i commit ,i just saw  the ce1 is up .ce3 show lm.  anyone can help? i am using the srx to test vpls.
