Actually, to forward via L2TP you'll need LAC functionality. LNS is the
element which finally terminates the L2TP tunnel (chain) into L3.

No idea what JUNOS/MX implements of that today. Perhaps Juniper lingo
doesn't distinguish LAC and LNS?
