I've been hit by:
PR570168 - RE crash triggered by deletion and recreation of multiple
vt/lsi IFLs in quick successions. I saw this once right after an
upgrade. Nice that both RE's crash simultaneously...
PR724638 - cosd crash

but other than that, i haven't seen any major issues.
