[j-nsp] CF Problem

Hi all,

  A month ago one of our M20 hung. The origin seems to be a issues with 
the CF. We are trying to locate compatible CF, but we are not finding 
any 512 or 1Gb.
  Do you have any recommendations (manufacturer, model)?
