Not sure if you got an answer to this, but implementing NG-
MVPN is actually fairly straightforward, particularly on the 
MX platform.

Let me know whether you were able to get some answers, and 
if not, maybe I can help.

You say you're signaling using RSVP today, but yes, mLDP 
(even though I haven't actually tested it yet) is also a 
viable option for creating p2mp LSP's, provided you're 
running the minimum required Junos code.
