[j-nsp] Configuring BGP MED Using metric-out igp

Hi Community,
 
 
I would like to alter the BGP MED attribute by using the  ‘metric-out igp’  statement
in addition to the optional setting : ‘delay-med-update’ .
 
So I wonder what is the recommended interval value to configure for the ‘delay-med-update’ ?  I know that the default value is 10m.
 
do I let it to the default or is there any recommended interval ?
