A /32 is 16 bits shorter than a /48. and they'll do provider assignments
substantially shorter than /32 based on need.
While I occasionally see advertisements longer than a /48, my own
filters and those of many others seem to be on that basis.

if you are consider de-aggregating you should revise your request to
represent the number of sites that you have to refelect that. eg a /44
would be enough to support 16 sites support de-aggregation as necessary
and so forth.
