[j-nsp] SRX devices upgraded to 2GB ram

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has noticed that it looks like the entire SRX branch range has been upgraded to 2GB ram:

These models need at least JunOS 12.1X44-D15

I just took delivery of a bunch of SRX110s and I suspect these are now the old models. Bit of a pain!
