[j-nsp] RPD queue stall, RIB/FIB programming time fixed in 11.4R8?

Hello,

reading PR836197 and KB26792, it seems that the RPD queue
starving/stalling was improved (even fixed?) in 11.4R8, 12.1X45-D10,
13.1R1 and 13.2R1.

To quote from the KB:

| Starving jobs are now added to a FIFO (first in-first out) queue. This
| guarantees that a starving job is always serviced, at least once,
| before a newer starving job. 

So has anyone here already had a change to test this?
