Thanks a ton for your reply.
So we have two PIC (1x G/E and 4x 1GE) and it means we can have 2 gigs traffic max but 1 gig (MAX) combined in one PIC.
Would like to request you to let me know how could we trace that any traffic is getting drop and or do I need to run any other troubleshooting?

We have one juniper M7i with RE-850 routing engine and with one 1x G/E, 4x 1GE(LAN), IQ2E PIC with Enhanced CFEB.
Version: 11.2R3.3
For last few weeks we are observing high latency and as result slow browsing issue for the same.
Interface details: ge-0/0/0 link-to-ISP1 avg. input BW 135Mbps
ge-0/0/1 link-to-switch(aggregated port - 1) avg. input BW 450 Mbps and avg. out BW 150 Mbps
ge-0/0/2 link-to-ISP2 avg. input BW 250 Mbps
ge-0/0/3 link-to-switch(aggregated port - 2) avg. input BW 450 Mbps and avg. out BW 150 Mbps
ge-1/3/0 link-to-ISP3 avg. input BW 550 Mbps and avg. out BW 300 Mbps
as checked router load average is also OK.
Load averages: 1 minute 5 minute 15 minute
0.00 0.06 0.05
What could be the issue? Please help us to sort out the issue...
