[j-nsp] 3rd optics on MX/EX/SRX

We've used "third party" optics with MX, M, EX, SRX, and J with no
issuesŠ. The closest issue I've come across was some 1000BaseT optics that
didn't fit properly (the optic was slightly narrower than the opening
leaving too much "wiggle room") but they will workedŠ

The optics we have been using are "Prolabs"
