[j-nsp] 3rd optics on MX/EX/SRX

We can't speak highly enough of Flexoptix.  Very well priced SFP's and you
can even buy a box which can program them to look like sfp's from most of
the current hardware vendors.

DOM is also on their optical SFP's too.
