[j-nsp] ability to turn USB port on/off for MX routing engine?

Just curious, what is it that's hanging off? Does it interact with the
router at all, or is it purely just getting power from the USB port? If it
needs to interface with the router and you just want it shut off...usb hub
with its power socket going to a remote power device? lol.
