The correct answer is it depends on configuration and traffic. Loaded with
LR SFP+s, vc modules, and pushing a significant amount of traffic it will
easily be 400W or more. Around 100W for a base, idle unit with a few optics
sounds right. Each optic module draws several watts depending on the type.
